Sorry I haven't updated this site in a bit I was out spending time with my sister and my brother-in-law. I've been active on my instagram, but not here. let's dig in to this song.

I was really hoping to put this off. I love ABK and Big Hoodoo, more than you'd think. I've been so excited for Hoodoo's new shit. I knew this was out but I was saving talking about it for when their actual album came out. However, I got a request on my Instagram and I love y'all more than my love of not talking about singles. Anyways, this isn't the official cover that I have up top. well, the red part is. This single came out in the form of a holiday card saying "Happy Wicked Holidays" with the CD stuck inside. It had the typical holiday card shape which is why that red part is that shape. Of course when I put shit in my iTunes everything has to have a cover and the covers have to all be square. It's really the only form of OCD I have so when I needed a cover for this, I took the original cover and slightly spiced it up. anyways, This song is so-so. If I compare it to other Christmas-themed releases from our favorite psychopaths, I'd say this is on par with the Insane Clown Posse's carnival christmas.... The OG, not the Re-Release... That was a fucking disappointment. I understand it's hard to be wicked when talking about Christmas so more than horrorrcore, this is a Juggalo family Christmas-themed pep song and I respect it for that. Every song devoted to the family really makes me feel great to hear. Big Hoodoo sounds slightly different on this track than usual, but he doesn't sound bad.

I'm actually really pumped for the album and I pray they don't just let this die like so many other Psychopathic Records side-projects. Oh anothwr thing, I like the whole shtick of having that little giggle sound whenever Hoodoo is said, but it doesn't really belong here in my opinion. If you listen to this song and don't hear it, thats because its quiet as shit and drowned out by the music. It's in the first verse when ABK says Hoodoo. Anyways, back to that shtick. It worked well on Hoodoo's debut because it fit with the theme. But, it began to wear off when he began doing featured spots with other Psychopathic Records artists, and it certainly does not belong here. However, that said, I do not hate it because it could be a good thing going. It's like a stylistic decision to always include it.

Another moment to talk about in this song is near the end. the little comedic bits. Don't read this if you want to be suprised by the jokes they crack because I'm about to tell you what they are. There's a guy in his 20's bitching about how his grandma gave him socks for christamas. He says something along the lines of "I'm 22, do you think I want socks? buy me a hooker." The other joke is a higher voice (presumably the grandma) saying "Someone put weed in the ginger-bread man weeeeee!!" Yeah, fuck it. I'm done with this. Definitely listen to this song and stay pumped for the album. I can't wait! 8/10
