So now pretty much all of you guys have heard about the FBI labeling the juggalos as a gang. Go ahead and tell me about it in the contact section of my site. I'd love to hear your stories about this and what your opinions are. If I get enough replies I'll publish a story that focuses on the experience of my readers.
The Insane Clown Posse's lawyer(s) wwho are ding a fantastic job to try and help us all out are going to appeal the courts decision on June 18th. That's right. Today is Saturday, probably Sunday by the time i post this, and the appeal will take place on Thursday. We can all hope that things work out in our favor.
I've never had an experience with police brutality or whatever concerning this whole gang ruling. the closest I've had was this one time when I was in a car riding through PA, which is one of the states who have officially ruled Juggalos a gang. We were riding when a cop behind us turned on the lights. I was wearing an ICP shirt and my Hatchetman chain so I immediately put on a sweatshirt and hid my stuff. Turns out the cops didn't want us.
Faygoluvers did something on this story. Here's what they had to say:
"It’s been a while since we heard anything on the FBI gang list that ICP and Psychopathic Records have been fighting for so long. We do have a bit of an update though. Coming up on June 18th, ICP’s lawyers will head back to court to defend Juggalos’ 1st amendment rights. Both sides of the argument will get 15 minutes to justify their side. A lot rides on this decision, and our homie Steve Miller who is writing a new book on the Juggalo subculture detailed the upcoming court date on his blog."
