Cold 187um - The Only Solution

Cold 187um - The Only Solution: arguably one often best recent psychopathic releases in my opinion, this is the only album that cold187 released on psychopathic. He was dumped because of poor sales and poor reception from fans. I never gave it a chance because when the music video for an offer he can't refuse was released I was disappointed by the horribly written hook and his voice also annoyed me. It sounds like me after a concert where you spend the entire time screaming your heart out. This is a concept album telling the story of a young assassin hunting down his father's killer black swan (who happens to be his uncle). If you don't feel like listening to it the album comes with a comic book that tells the same story. This is a weird album in that it's a concept album but another aspect is that they didn't make any new music. They just recycled old psy beats, examples being : suicide hotline by ICP, peace pipe and nervous by ABK" and deadman walking by Blaze. That makes this album interesting,but on the the story. The story on this album is done well and told perfectly. Not to mention as well, his voice didn't bother me after about 30 seconds. Most of the hooks are great and most of the songs are awesome. It leads me to wonder why they chose one of the worst songs on the album to make a music video for, but whatever. It's definitely worth owning. 7.3/10
